Mapture360 利用規約

1. 規約の同意

Google Workspaceアドオン「Mapture360」（以下「本アプリ」）をインストールおよび使用することにより、お客様は本利用規約に拘束されることに同意したことになります。本規約に同意しない場合は、本アプリを使用しないでください。

2. サービス内容

本アプリは、Googleドライブ内の画像から位置データ（EXIF/GeoTIFF）を抽出し、インタラクティブなマップ上に表示するために設計された生産性向上ツールです。

3. サブスクリプションおよびお支払い

本アプリのご利用には、有効なサブスクリプションが必要です。

お支払いはStripeを介して安全に処理されます。
お客様はいつでもカスタマーポータルを通じてサブスクリプションをキャンセルできます。キャンセルは現在の請求サイクルの終了時に効力を生じます。日割り計算による一部返金は行われません。

4. ユーザーの責任

お客様は、本アプリを使用して処理するデータについて全責任を負います。お客様は、違法または不正な目的で本アプリを使用しないこと、およびGoogleの利用規約に違反するファイルを処理しないことに同意するものとします。

5. 免責事項および責任の制限

本アプリは「現状有姿」かつ「提供可能な範囲」で提供されます。当社は、マップへのプロットまたはEXIF抽出の正確性、信頼性、または完全性に関して、明示的か黙示的かを問わず、いかなる保証も行いません。

重要なお知らせ: 本アプリが表示する位置データは、情報提供および整理の目的でのみ提供されます。正確な測量、人命安全、または極めて重要なナビゲーションの目的で本データに依存してはなりません。

本アプリの使用または使用不能から生じるいかなる直接的、間接的、付随的、または結果的な損害に対しても、当社（ANE）は一切の責任を負わないものとします。

6. 利用規約の変更

当社は、いつでも本規約を変更する権利を留保します。本アプリの継続的な使用は、変更された規約への同意を構成するものとします。

Terms of Service for Mapture360

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing and using the Mapture360 Google Workspace Add-on ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

The App is a productivity tool designed to extract location data (EXIF/GeoTIFF) from images in your Google Drive and display them on an interactive map.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Use of the App requires a valid subscription.

Payments are securely processed via Stripe.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for the data you process using the App. You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or to process files that violate Google's Terms of Service.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the map plotting or EXIF extraction.

Crucial Notice: The location data displayed by the App is for informational and organizational purposes only. It must not be relied upon for precise surveying, life-safety, or critical navigation purposes.

In no event shall ANE be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
